This article from CNN describes a new and startlingly effective mechanism for curing inoperable cancer. It is expected to being human trials as early as next year. By my count, that makes four new potential cancer cures -- real, complete cures -- announced in the last month alone. By the standards of twenty years ago, we are living in a time of medical science fiction. Cures for cancer! Just think what the next few decades could bring if we can only get aging research to be taken as seriously.
